Esta investigación analiza la evolución en el tratamiento del léxico de la agricultura en las dos últimas ediciones del Diccionario de la lengua castellana de la Real Academia Española en el siglo XIX (DRAE 1884 y DRAE 1899). El vocabulario se estudia desde diferentes perspectivas para caracterizar su tratamiento en la lexicografía de finales del siglo XIX. Los resultados muestran que en las dos ediciones estudiadas hay cambios significativos más allá del aumento de lemas que reflejan los progresos en este ámbito de la sociedad del momento.
This research analyzes the evolution in the treatment of the vocabulary of agriculture in the last two editions of the Diccionario de la lengua castellana of the Real Academia Española in the 19th century (DRAE 1884 y DRAE 1899). Vocabulary is studied from different perspectives to characterize its treatment in lexicography at the end of the 19th century. The results show that in the two editions there are significant changes beyond the increase in lemmas that reflect the progress in this area of society at the time.
